Additive manufacturing - 3D printing TICE

Multi3Dprint joins Grupo Tice companies

Group TICE, In its bid to offer innovative solutions, it has expanded its portfolio of services to include additive manufacturing. Multi3Dprint has joined the TICE Group companies to develop this new offering for the industrial sector.

This alliance brings together a passion for engineering and experience and know-how in 3D printing to offer a wide range of additive manufacturing services for the professional sector. Specifically, this new area of the company is set to focus on large-format 3D printing and a wide variety of materials such as plastics, resins, and metals. This is particularly useful in industrial sectors as it allows for the manufacture of custom parts, fixings and control gauges, stamping moulds, and prototypes that offer tailored solutions.

Additive manufacturing allows us to improve and optimise prototype development in the early stages of new product development, enabling iteration and necessary changes until the final part is achieved.. Delivery times are substantially reduced compared to traditional machining processes. Design possibilities are also multiplied and are more flexible. Furthermore, it is a more efficient and sustainable manufacturing process, with parts being created by the addition of layers and, in most cases, only the material necessary for each one being used, thus generating less waste.

As Jesús Ortí explains, Director of the TICE Technical Department,With this new service, the firm strengthens its capacity to offer innovative services that follow the trend of this manufacturing.”.
