Periodic Inspection of Safety Systems

We visually and functionally inspect the elements involved in safety: wiring, electrical cabinets, physical protections, anchors, buttons or actuators. We detect wear, tampering, misalignments or deterioration that could compromise the integrity of the system.
We analyse whether the machinery has undergone extensions, component substitutions, reconfigurations, or undocumented interventions. We validate that these modifications do not affect the safety level intended by the regulations or the original manufacturer's design.
We review manuals, electrical schematics, technical data sheets, maintenance logs and pre-adaptation documents to ensure they match the actual condition of the equipment. This traceability is key for internal audits, labour inspections and certifications.
We develop customised recommendations aimed at increasing equipment safety and reliability, optimising operational efficiency and reducing future risks. These include technical improvements, configuration adjustments, component replacements or procedural reviews.
We issue the ISM365 Certificate, an official document certifying that the equipment has successfully passed its annual inspection. This certificate serves as support for work inspections, external audits, and prevention management systems.
