Su objetivo es <strong><span style=\"color: #21bfd8;\">identificar<\/span><\/strong>, <span style=\"color: #21bfd8;\"><strong>analizar<\/strong> <\/span>y <span style=\"color: #21bfd8;\"><strong>controlar<\/strong> <strong>los factores que pueden originar una explosi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span>, garantizando la seguridad de las personas, los equipos y las instalaciones.<\/p><p>Este documento no es solo una formalidad: <span style=\"color: #21bfd8;\"><strong>es un requisito obligatorio<\/strong><\/span> para toda empresa en la que existan riesgos de presencia de sustancias inflamables o combustibles, desde f\u00e1bricas qu\u00edmicas hasta plantas alimentarias o talleres de pintura industrial.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-180f655 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"180f655\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Normativa ATEX que regula el DOPEX<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-13d2912 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"13d2912\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La elaboraci\u00f3n del DPCE est\u00e1 regulada principalmente por dos normas europeas:<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #21bfd8;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/ES\/ALL\/?uri=CELEX:31999L0092\">Directiva 1999\/92\/CE<\/a>:<\/strong><\/span> sobre la protecci\u00f3n de la seguridad de los trabajadores expuestos a atm\u00f3sferas explosivas.<\/li><li><strong><span style=\"color: #21bfd8;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2003-12099\">Real Decreto 681\/2003<\/a>:<\/span><\/strong> transposici\u00f3n de dicha directiva al marco legal espa\u00f1ol.<\/li><\/ul><p>Estas normas exigen que las empresas:<\/p><ul><li>Clasifiquen las <strong><span style=\"color: #21bfd8;\">zonas ATEX<\/span><\/strong>.<\/li><li>Adopten medidas t\u00e9cnicas y organizativas preventivas.<\/li><li>Elaboren y mantengan actualizado el <span style=\"color: #21bfd8;\"><strong>Documento de Protecci\u00f3n Contra Explosiones<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li><\/ul><p>En <span style=\"color: #21bfd8;\"><strong>Espa\u00f1a<\/strong><\/span>, la administraci\u00f3n y los servicios de prevenci\u00f3n laboral exigen este documento como parte de las auditor\u00edas de seguridad industrial.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-88d63e4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"88d63e4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 incluye un DPCE completo y bien elaborado?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element como m\u00ednimo:<\/p><ol><li><span style=\"color: #21bfd8;\"><strong>Identificaci\u00f3n de \u00e1reas con riesgo de atm\u00f3sfera explosiva.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #21bfd8;\"><strong>Evaluaci\u00f3n del riesgo<\/strong><\/span> de ignici\u00f3n en funci\u00f3n de los materiales y procesos.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #21bfd8;\"><strong>Clasificaci\u00f3n de zonas ATEX<\/strong><\/span> seg\u00fan probabilidad y duraci\u00f3n de la exposici\u00f3n.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #21bfd8;\"><strong>Inventario de equipos y su conformidad con la <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/ES\/LSU\/?uri=oj:JOL_2014_096_R_0309_01\">Directiva 2014\/34\/UE<\/a>.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #21bfd8;\"><strong>Medidas
